Manufacturing plants have unique issues when it comes to roofing – roof penetrations, often in close quarters, HVAC and vent system, conduit lines, etc. The long-term weldability of the Duro-Last Roofing system, along with available protective walkway pads, ensures that heavy equipment and maintenance traffic are easily managed. Have a metal roof? Ask us about the Duro-Shield® Metal Retrofit System. No tear-off is required. The flutes are filled with insulation, with an extra layer added to create a level surface. The roof assembly is then made watertight by installing the Duro-shield membrane and custom fabricated stacks and curb flashings.
