Presbyterian Villages of Michigan is a non-profit organization offering housing and services to more than 4300 seniors in 26 locations throughout Michigan. The Rivertown development is just 2 blocks from the Detroit RiverWalk. MacDermott Roofing installed the 50 mil Terra Cotta Duro-Last membrane to support a rooftop garden for the enjoyment of its residents.
