ORLEANS LANDING
The first phase of Orleans Landing, a mixed use development along the Detroit east riverfront, began in late 2015. The project, managed by O’Brien Edwards/Brinkman JV, consists of multiple apartment units, two-bedroom townhouses, and retail and office space. MacDermott Roofing is installing a Duro-Last roof system over the low-slope sections of 20 buildings. This durable, environmentally green and locally sourced membrane was the perfect solution to incorporate into the new green spaces in downtown Detroit.
